Submit By Email [Top]
AdeptEdit accepts documents prepared in most word processing applications and sent as an email attachment. Simply email us (editor@adeptedit.com), providing the contact and other information described above and including the document you want edited as an email attachment.
We prefer documents prepared in Microsoft Word as this application enables both the editor and author to track revisions of the document. If your document was prepared using Microsoft Word, attach it directly to the email in this format. If it was prepared with different word processing software, please save the file as a Rich Text Format (RTF) file, and attach this directly to the email.
To save your document in RTF:
Open your document using your word processing software. Select 'Save As' from the 'File' menu, and then choose 'Rich Text Format' from the 'Format' options. In this process you create a new file in RTF without altering your original document.
